* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated tides due to the New Moon today may lead to minor coastal flooding during the evening high tides through Thursday.
