* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
