* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Laurel. In southeast Kentucky, Clay.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely ongoing within the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, Manchester, Urban, Byron, Hooker, Bush, Marydell, Lake, Grace, Portersburg, Sasser, Pigeonroost, Deer Lick, Sidell, Herron, Lida, Blackwater, Sibert, Hima and Cane Creek.
