* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 10 AM AKDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 4 PM AKDT Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM to 10 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
