* WHAT...Debris flows and flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Larimer County in north central Colorado, including parts of the Cameron Peak burn area.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Debris flows causing minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 304 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

- Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Central Larimer County.
