* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Invest 92W continues to slowly strengthen northwest of Pohnpei. This tropical disturbance will lift northwest over the next 24 hours or so. As this occurs, a burgeoning wind field may develop, with sustained winds or frequent gusts exceeding 22 knots by sunrise Wednesday morning, which could potentially affect the region through Thursday afternoon.
