* WIND...Northwest winds gusts of 20 to 30 mph, locally up to 40 for the higher ridges.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity 20 to 30 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop or are already burning will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
