* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM MST Sunday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 16.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
