* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 3 AM ChST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Champi continues to strengthen. Southwest winds have maintained the 15 to 25 knot range with the latest analysis. This wind field will continue to gradually strengthen and expand while Champi moves towards the Marianas. These wind conditions are producing hazardous conditions for small craft operations through at least early Sunday morning. Inter- island travel is strongly discouraged.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
