* Until 1015 PM CDT Thursday.
* At 1019 AM CDT, emergency management reported a dangerous flood wave moving down the Guadalupe River. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. People along the river should move to higher ground.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Flood waters are moving down the Guadalupe River and will continue through the evening.
