* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Canadys to near Smoaks and extending south to Jacksonboro. A quick 1 to 3 inches of rain could fall in this area through 6 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Walterboro, Cottageville, Smoaks, Williams, Round O, Ritter, Canadys, Ashepoo, Jacksonboro and Ruffin.
