* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving low pressure system is bringing periods of heavy showers and thunderstorms to the area this morning. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts, could lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
