* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Warning, tropical storm conditions expected. For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt, except north for Maalaea Bay, and seas 8 to 13 feet.

* WHERE...Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters, Maalaea Bay and Pailolo Channel.

* WHEN...For the Tropical Storm Warning, 6 AM Saturday through 6 AM Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Saturday. For the Tropical Storm Watch, 6 PM Saturday through 6 PM Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
