* WHAT...For the Hurricane Warning, hurricane conditions expected. For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 6 to 11 feet.

* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Windward Waters, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.

* WHEN...For the Hurricane Warning, 6 PM this evening through 6 AM Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
