* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 12 feet. For the Tropical Storm Watch, tropical storm conditions possible.
* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters, Kauai Windward Waters, Kauai Leeward Waters, Kauai Channel and Oahu Windward Waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST Saturday. For the Tropical Storm Watch, 6 PM Saturday through 6 PM Sunday.
