For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM AKDT Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 7 AM AKDT Sunday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Sunday to 1 AM AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
