* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry begins flooding just east of the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 25.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:00 PM CDT Monday was 26.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
