* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
