* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flooding of low lying areas can be expected, especially rural roads west of town approximately 1 mile.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 21.1 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
