* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 1226 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Charleston Nearshore Reef, moving southeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include... Capers Mid Shelf, Doug Mellichamp Reef, Y-73 Reef, Comanche Reef, Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef, Capers Reef and Edisto Buoy.
