* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - The bulk of the heavy rain has moved east of the area. Additional showers and storms may shift back into the area later this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
