* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Hot Springs County in central Wyoming...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes and draws. Dangerous flows over normally dry wash crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 503 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Gumbo Hills Draw, Coal Draw, Owl Creek, Bighorn River, Wagon Gulch Draw, Walters Draw, Alkali Draw, Gebo Draw, South Fork Coal Draw, Sand Draw, and Cottonwood Creek. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
