* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with frequent gusts up to 25 kt.
* WHERE...Palau Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM ChST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon Champi moves west through the Philippine Sea, it will help to generate a strong monsoon surge across Palau, including moderate to fresh winds with gusts up to strong. Seas will also be very choppy. As Champi moves far enough west, winds will fall below Small Craft Advisory levels.
