* WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Harrison, Monona, Pottawattamie and Shelby and Nebraska, including the following counties, Burt, Cuming, Dodge, Thurston and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Expect rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour at times this afternoon and evening. Significant flash flooding is likely to occur over areas that have already received heavy rainfall over the last three days. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
