* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Cochise County and the valleys of Graham and Greenlee Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 PM MST Tuesday afternoon through 11 PM MST Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An increase in deep moisture is expected tomorrow afternoon bringing scattered to numerous thunderstorms. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are expected with the stronger storms with isolated areas having the potential of 1-3 inches.
