* WIND...West to Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph, gusts between 35 to 45 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Relative humidities as low as 12 to 17%.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
