* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...West Central Starr County in deep south Texas...

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1055 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Roma, Salineno, Falcon Heights, Roma High School, Roma Creek, Roma Public Library, Fronton, Falcon State Park, Falcon Dam, Barrera Elementary School, Roma City Hall, Roma City Police Department, North Escobares, Roma Park and Rio Grande City-- roma. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
