* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Water Plant takes precautions on water well pump houses west of the Arkansas River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.8 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
