* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM AKDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 AM to 1 PM AKDT Wednesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Wednesday to 1 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
