* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 504 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Bells Crossroads and Texas northeast into Moncks Corner, Saint Stephen and Jamestown. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches could fall through 7 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Moncks Corner, Saint George, Givhans Ferry State Park, Dorchester, Colleton, Ridgeville, Saint Stephen, Harleyville and Bonneau.
