* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Scotts Bluff County in the panhandle of Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 PM MDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Scottsbluff, Gering, Terrytown, Minatare, Melbeta, Scottsbluff Airport, Lake Minatare State Recreation Area and Scotts Bluff National Monument. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
