* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The potential exists for heavy rainfall to develop across the watch area late Friday night into Saturday morning. Reasonable worst case scenario has a focused area between 5-10" of rainfall possible with most likely scenario between 2-5" of rainfall.
