* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At midnight EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Circleville, South Bloomfield, Kingston, Logan Elm Village, Fox, Amanda, Stoutsville, Aw Marion State Park, Pickaway County Airport, East Ringgold, Hallsville, State Route 138 at US Route 22, Andersonville and Clearport.
