HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Locations impacted include... Rocky Mount, Halifax, Dortches, Red Oak, Enfield, Whitakers, Castalia, Centerville, Leggett, and Glenview.

This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 168 and 141.
