* WHERE...Palau Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Super Typhoon Champi moves west through the Philippine Sea, it will continue to generate a strong monsoon surge across Palau, including moderate to fresh winds with gusts up to strong. Seas will also be very choppy. Conditions will start to improve Wednesday.
