* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 154 PM EDT, Minor flooding may still be ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen over the past 3 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
