* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... Northeastern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Southeastern Doddridge County in northern West Virginia... Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Northern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Southwestern Taylor County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 1130 AM EDT.

* At 904 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain along US Route 50 in and east of Clarksburg. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Clarksburg, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, West Milford, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Flemington, Despard, Century, Hodgesville, Rosemont, Wolf Summit, Volga and Galloway.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 102 and 122. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 67 and 82.
