* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas, including the following counties, Jewell and Mitchell and Nebraska, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo, Clay, Fillmore, Franklin, Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Kearney, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls, Polk, Sherman, Thayer, Webster and York.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
