* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central Bay County in the panhandle of Florida... Walton County in the panhandle of Florida...
* WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Panama City Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Inlet Beach, Laird, Seminole Hills, Hollywood Beach, Laguna Beach, Sunnyside, Bunker, West Bay, Seagrove Beach, Gulf Resort Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Bid-a-Wee, Bahama Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Four Mile Village, Sandestin and Gulf Pines. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
