* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Platte River at Sharps Station.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood. At 29.0 feet, Backwater from the Platte River floods Highway KK along the Little Platte River at the location 0.2 miles east of Highway B.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 26.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
