IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include... Lake Pontchartrain/Lake Maurepas, Orleans Marina, Mandeville, The Mid Point Of The Causeway Bridge, Kenner, Eden Isle, Madisonville, and Lacombe.
