* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, White Pine.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas due to the Ward Fire Burn Scar. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 844 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated continuous rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.1 and 0.2 inches of rain have fallen near the Ward Fire burn scar. - Rain over the burn scar may cause debris flow and flow into nearby highways. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
