* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Typhoon Dolphin to the distant northeast continues to induce a monsoon surge to its south, extending into northern Chuuk State. Combined seas are expected to be 6 to 8 feet, becoming choppy at times due to localized wind waves.
