* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 919 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy rain over East Maui and the slopes of Haleakala. In addition, stream gauges are elevated. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Nahiku, Keanae, Kipahulu, Kaupo, Hana, Huelo, Makawao, Haiku- Pauwela, Haliimaile and Pauwela.
