* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Statement, until 9 PM EDT this evening. For the second Coastal Flood Statement, from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Brief minor flooding of the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
