* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Significant agricultural flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.5 feet early Saturday afternoon.
