* WINDS...North 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 to 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees.

* LIGHTNING...An isolated dry lightning strike cannot be ruled out, but this seems unlikely to occur.

* IMPACTS...Any fire starts have the potential to spread rapidly and be difficult to control.
