* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in north central Nevada, Eureka. In northeast Nevada, White Pine.
* WHEN...Until 1115 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 813 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.3 and 1.7 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bull Creek, Duckwater Creek, Cockalorum Wash and Fish Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Southeastern Eureka and West Central White Pine Counties, including a stretch of Duckwater Road between Duckwater and Highway 50. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
