* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1048 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms producing rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
