* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Maryland, including the following areas, Inland Worcester, Maryland Beaches, Somerset and Wicomico.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue through this afternoon ahead of a slow moving cold front. Total rainfall amounts are expected to range from 1 to 3 inches, with localized amounts in excess of 3 inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
